I tried contacting customer service twice and never heard back. It was frustrating because I had an issue with my order and just needed a simple answer. it felt like a totally preventable hassle if someone had just followed up.

The product photo looked way better than what actually arrived. The colors and details were different, so it felt kind of misleading. I wish koalapuffs.com had more accurate pictures before ordering...

They did eventually swap it out, but the whole thing took longer than I thought it would. The emails were really slow, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving. i wasn’t expecting such a simple exchange to turn into that much unnecessary stress...

I was in a relaxed mood when I stopped in, and overall the prices seemed alright. Some things felt fair for what you’re getting, but a few items definitely made me pause because they seemed a bit too expensive.

I ordered a glass piece from koalapuffs.com it looked really nice when it showed up. Shipping was fine and there weren’t any problems out of the box. But after just a few weeks, I noticed a small crack starting near the joint, and I wasn’t exactly being rough with it. For the price, I guess it’s not the worst, but I’m still disappointed. I kind of wish I had spent a little more on something that felt sturdier

I ordered from koalapuffs.com and the tracking was all over the place from the start. It stayed stuck on the same update for days, then out of nowhere showed the package in another state, and after that it went quiet again.
I reached out to support hoping they could actually look into it, but they basically just told me to wait. After a while I had to push back and escalate the complaint because the lack of clear updates was getting ridiculous.
I understand shipping delays happen, but the tracking made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. Between the confusing updates and the unhelpful response, I’m not planning to order from them again.

I did get updates along the way, which I appreciated, I really did. But they felt a little slow at times and sometimes weren’t all that clear. I had to follow up just to figure out what was going on, better communication would’ve helped a lot. It wasn’t a bad experience, not bad at all, but I do think they could do a better job keeping customers in the loop

I was excited to use the discount code, and it did go through without any issues. But this is where it got annoying—the actual savings were so small that it barely felt worth using. I guess it helped a little, but I was definitely expecting a better deal.

I went into Koala Puffs expecting the usual online maze where you click once and suddenly you’re fighting for your life just to find a product, but it was easy to use. The pages loaded fine, the layout made sense, and I wasn’t stuck wandering around forever trying to figure out where everything was. It even worked well on my phone, which felt like a small victory in itself.
The only reason I’m not giving it the full 5 stars is that a few sections felt a little crowded, and there were moments where I had to scroll more than I expected. Nothing tragic, no grand disaster, just enough to notice. Overall though, it was simple, smooth, and thankfully not annoying to deal with.
